Hi,
I placed order for 3 mobile covers with Invoice No DL[protected] and Order No[protected] on 5th of July, 2018. Today is 16th July, 2018 and no update came from them.
So, I called their customer care number and it keeps repeating a automated voice record that all their executives are busy & that it'll connect me to an executive shortly. I waited patiently only to get disconnected automatically. This repeated each time.
Hence, this complain. After reading similar complains on this forum, it appears that this delay is their feature from past 5 years and hence, aren't popular with masses.
I only hope that my money isn't wasted or lost! Was this information helpful? |
