This is a # e commerce website. I had ordered a wallet on 13th of may and today it is 28th may and the order is still not dispatched. I called their support desk and they said it will take 2-3 more "working days" to ship the order. On asking if they could deliver it fast, they asked me if i want to cancel the order. I mean after waiting for 16 # days they are asking me to cancel the order. This "lala" company only works from monday to friday, so called "working days". Was this information helpful? |
