Sir, Kindly refer to my Complaint No.: BB[protected] On[protected], a delivery boy from BigBazaar ( by name Mr. Ameen, ) rang to me ( from his mobile [protected] ) and came to my house around 14.50 hours and collected three packets each of One (1) Kg of Niligiris - hand pounded rice from me and told that the amount would be returned to me, after he returns the same to the Big Bazaar store, Punjagutta ( L&T mall ) But till this date[protected], there is no acknowledgement of receipt of three packets each of One (1) Kg of Niligiris - hand pounded rice from me from the Store Manager, Big Bazaar, Punjagutta ( L&T mall ). After getting information of Store manager's Mobile number[protected] from Mr. Ameen ( Delivery boy who collected thr items from my house on[protected] had been trying over Mr. Yaswanth, Store Manager, on his mobile When I tried to reach The Big Bazaar manager, Mr. Yaswanth, Store Manager, Big Bazaar, Punjagutta ( L&T mall ) over his mobile [protected], Mr. Yaswanth, Store Manager, Big Bazaar, Punjagutta is either disconnecting the call or he is deliberately not lifting the mobile.( as the mobile goes on ringing and ends with message that the person is not answering the call. As such I am supposing that something fishy is happening from Store Manger of Big Bazaar, Punjagutta ( L & T mall )., as he consciously and deliberately not lifing his mobile.
