Dainik Jagran — Harresment by stationer recommended by school

I went to the shop(Vipul Stationers) to purchase the books of my younger sister of class 7th s.k.d. Academy Inter College, the guy on the counter was rude and was not listening me initially because I wanted to puchase only books and not copies and also when I asked him to remove 3 books from the set as I a lready have that so he said it is not possible, you have to purchase all the books and upon my reafusal he said you can talk to the contractor. then after I asked to show atleast books, he showed and given me bill and unfortunately I was having only 2000rs. and the bill was of 2184/rs.- so he didn't help me anyway and asked me to come back with 184rs., again upon my refusal and agression becasue already I was purchasing extra books because I was bounded, he said which books you don't want, I told him and he deducted the amount and given me bill of 2141rs, after this I have got more 100rs. with me and I again asked him for some option because I really was not willing to go back to home and come again because of just 41rs., I was looking for either removal of any book to make the bill under my budget or allow me to give this extra money to him next day. but as he didn't give me any option and asked me to leave the books set and come back with full amount, I am extremely disapointed and want an strict action to be taken against him. I hope the right judgement in this case.
