5. Upon further investigation, I discovered numerous reviews and reports online from other customers who have faced similar issues with Daivik.in, indicating a pattern of scams and fraudulent behavior.

I would like to bring this matter to the attention of the Indian Consumer Forum and request your assistance in resolving this issue. As a consumer, I believe I have the right to receive the products I have paid for and to expect a reasonable level of customer service.

I kindly request the Indian Consumer Forum to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Daivik.in for their fraudulent practices. I am also seeking a resolution to my specific issue, which includes the delivery of the products I ordered or a refund of the amount paid.

I have attached all relevant documents, including the order confirmation email and proof of my attempts to contact the company. I am willing to provide any further information or evidence as required.
