Hi, I ordered a necklace from Daivik on November 27, 2023 after watching their Instagram account. They have a website to place order. They provided me a package tracking link of Delhivery couriers within 3 days. But the fact is even today i.e. December 14, 2023 my order is not delivered. I gave them multiple follow-ups in their Instagram and mail box but didn't get a reply.
This clearly shows that the business is fake with fake products and followers.

Order placed nov 11, 2023, order not received yet
No response from DTDC or daivik on any available platform
They cheat people, I hope this company burns in hell ASAP...

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the non-delivery of the products that I had ordered from Daivik (order No - DRK60787) on November 3, 2023. I had placed an order for 3 items(given details in the attachment and was expecting it to arrive within 5 to 10 working days as per their shipping policy updated in their online site, but it has been several days now, and I have not received the shipment.

I tried to contact them through Call, WhatsApp Messages, Instagram Messages, but received no response from them. No Proper channel is provided to the customers for queries related to the orders.

I wanted to bring this to the attention of Indian consumer complaints Forum, kindly request your assistance to resolving this issue.

I hope to receive a response from Daivik within the next 2 to 5 days, with a clear timeline for the delivery of the goods. If I do not receive any response from Daivik, I will be forced to take legal action to recover the payment and the damages caused by the delay.

I have ordered Mangalsutra from daivik.in on 17th March. Payment was successful but order number was not sent to Email or Mobile. I sent multiple emails and Messages in Instagram, but they are not responding. Kindly check.

Placed order for 24996 Rs but they sent 1 choker set with incorrect earrings. We reached out to their Owner Tina Jain via phone and she confirmed her team will respond. They blocked me on Insta so i wouldn't be able to DM or post in comments and never responded to email or Whatsapp as well.

Basically looks like this wasn't an error, they intentionally sent incorrect product and never responded to any email or text.

My question to them is, why a company with 400k followers on instagram leave their customers hanging. Morally they need to help these customers who have paid rightfully for these products.

Order ID: DRK48408. I have ordered 1 items which costs Rs. 3899/- on Daivik.in on jan 16th where i got the choker but jhumkas was missing, I tried to reach them on email since it was the only source to connect with them but no response.. I haven't received any refund or the item delivered.

Hi .please beware of Daivik.in site. It's SCAM looting money .i ordered a Kemp brass necklace from this site on Dec 7 2022..they still not received the product and not answered to my emails and calls..it's online fraud site operating in Chennai.as per the site.they don't take our calls and nor respond to emails. please dont PURCHASE from DAIVIK.in....

Order ID: DRK20799. I have ordered 4 items which costs Rs. 23196/- on Daivik.in on September 27th of which only 3 got delivered. The forth item Flower Pearl Mattals was missing which costs Rs.1399/-. I tried to reach them on email since it was the only source to connect with them but no response.. I haven't received any refund or the item delivered....
