Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company [Dgvcl] — uninformed powercut can be life threatening

Respected sir/madam
I am a govt. Servant and a pregnant lady staying at village of vansada. Can u provide some data to us villagers regarding your irresponsible behaviour. As we are paying electricity bill on time. You have already scheduled powercut on very monday 10am - 6pm for my village. So why are we facing uninformed powercut for remaining days. If is there any complications to my future baby or me during absence of power who will be responsible for loss??? Will you give me compensation for it? Or what other options can i opt for??
