Dallas Institute Of Technology — nil to no support since i registered for the course after paying the whole amount

I had joined for itil foundation level course at dallas institute of technology indira nagar (Bengaluru) at 1st week of march, insisting with them to get the certification completed at the earliest, after paying the entire course and exam fees after much contemplation.
Course got over in 3 days and they hadn't send me the course materials yet, i had to chase them for it and get it.
After 10 days of preparation for the exam i asked them to schedule it within march, they won't be reachable at first, if so you reach them there won't be any proper correspondence from them.
Again i've to keep chasing them over phone and went there personally to the centre couple of times yet the person who's supposed to handle this wouldn't be there or make me wait for an hour or so and send me away giving empty promises. Lastly the folks from centre agreed to book exam slot for today (24 apr, 18).
Yesterday when i called them up to remind them of the same, they again switched the date to 26th apr, where clearly i told them i will be at work from wed to sun.
Later the person informed i could take up the exam online from home, asked him to send the exam link so that i can finish it up, after couple of hours he's saying that option was available with previous examiner (Exin) not with the current one (Peoplecert).
Now i am at the mercy of these people, i don't know if i'll finish the certification on time and get a move on to different company or stuck with these unprofessional people at the center.
