Dallas Institute Of Technology — not paying the trainer fee after training

I got a call so call Purnima that their is a trainer requirements for part time for 2 hrs a day, she agreed checked with Mohammed who owns the institute to pay 8k for one student, training complete 80% and student left because they harassed the student as per my conversation with student. I called them to make my payment, she said she can give 4k only as student didn't payed last installment of fee. After regular follow up with these guys via mail, call, messages... Mohammed issued a cheque of 4k... knowingly this intelligent person made a spelling mistake...hence the cheque was returned and I called them he said he will give another cheque...I deposited in bank ...now this intelligent person blocked payment for that cheque. Upon calling he told that account got terminated...he will check and come back. I am following with this master piece from last one month...he stopped taking my call . Please advise how to get my payment for the work done. I am mentally harrased by this guy.
