Dallas management mr shaik mohammed called and discussed on payment details on[protected]. That mr. Mohammed will pay the amount on installament basis i. E 10, 000/- per month. I agreed for that from 12-9-19 to till date he didn't updated me about the payment. When he will deposit the amount into my account.

Can any one solve this issue in court

I have the evidence of mail proof, whatsapp message, cheque, voice recordings.

I have completed training in Excel/VBA for two students, and once course completed, they stopped taking my calls. And when i insisted for payment, they gave me a cheque of 12, 000. But the cheque got bounced.

Mohammed (Owner of dit) he stopped the payment and said due to some technical error. But clearly said, drawer stopped the payment. Attached as proof. It been more then a month having follow up with them but no response at all.

This fake institute is run by Sheikh mohammad, ms pavithra and ms sandhya.

Dear Consumer officers, please take necessary action against with them. It seems many people are raised complaints but no action yet. Still their attitudes and cheating behavior are continuing the same.

I had trained 4 candidates in a sap course. Training started in june 2018 and has been completed since september 2018; but they are not yet releasing my payments.

They don't answer the calls neither reply to mails.

I have called hundred of times and they are not picking my calls.

When they pick the call (Once in a blue moon), they give unnecessary excuses and cut the call.

Such a fraud institute.

Action needs to be taken to save people from this fraud institute.

Hi all,

I am one of the person who got cheated from the btm layout branch,
The propreitor name is mohammad, they will just take the money without teaching any classes for the subject and they will make you beg for arranging the classes, once you pay there will be no trainer and they keep on expanding the days for cheating the subject, i have wasted around 2 months of time just like that, once you the amount they even doesnt lift your call and they will disconnect your call, please do not join in the institute and get trapped by mohammad actually there will no students in the entire institute for you to ask about the classes,
First they will say that they have the coaching of the required class and later they say that they cant provide test class as the trainer is very busy and once you pay the amount there will be no response on the training classes, i have lost around 15000 rs without even one class from them

Mr Mohammed issues a cheque for Rs 8000 which for the training conducted at their Indiranagar office. After submitting the cheque to the bank, I got the information from the bank that the cheque number " 082522" of " Union Bank of India" was stopped by the drawer.

I found that the institute is very unorganised, and they make a mockery of the valuable time of their Trainers and the students.

Hi,

I gave the training more than 20hrs for DIT student and sent an email confirmation that training completed on 27th May 2018 and student also submitted training completion letter in DIT BTM layout at institute and attached below.
As per the agreement they should make the payment with in 30 days of training completion and keep calling to Polasi training coordinator but they are not picking up the call .I have called Ceo Mohammad one week back and he suggested to come to Indranagar branch but when i am trying to reach him and he is not picking up call and also he suggested to send my account details to his email id when i called form other number and he did not share his email id to share the account details and i messaged my account details in his mobile and did not get any response.

Please support me to get the my payment for my hard work.

Hi,
I got a call from dallas technologies (Now name changed to dit) for ios trainer on 19th may 2017 by pavithra. She fixed an amount of 9000 rupees per student. I started batch from 22nd may 2017. First time when she called me, she told institute will provide all the material and you just have to teach but after starting of class i got to know they don't provide anything. There were 3 students in the class.

I co-ordinated with all students throughout and completed the batch on 6th july 2017. I mailed poornima for release of payment i. E 27000, she replied it will be cleared till 10th of july i waited till date. Again when i asked her she told for payments you will have to contact mr. Mohammed at dallas technologies cmh road branch. Next day i went to that branch then he told i don't know anything about it let me check your account first and will get back to you. I waited 3 more days.

After so many rounds to cmh road branch they gave me cheque of rs, 8000 only and told as we are expecting some payments from clients so by this weekend you will get your rest amount (I. E 19000). That time i didn't see the cheque properly as i was very upset, but when i saw it was post dated cheque
Of 30th july 2017 which was 15 days more (I. E 30th july 2017) and that was sunday. No issues i waited again and then deposited the cheque to bank. Next day i got a mail stating your cheque has been stopped by the payer. I couldn't understand what happened i kept on calling them they didn't respond.

By mistake if they respond then they give silly reasons,
* concerned person is on leave today
* today i will check your account for the payment as i did not get time.
* send me your bank details by tonight 9:30 pm amount will be deposited.
* it was sunday so it will take next 24 hours to get transferred.

Its been 3 months now i am running for my own hard earned money because of these people.
Please its a humble request to this forum for some help in getting payment from these people.

Updated by rohitydv 17th Aug 2017 : Hi, Thanks to Consumer complaints forum. The above mentioned issue is now in process to be solved. I got a call from DIT regarding release of payment before 24th of Aug so now, they mentioned me the reason why it happened. They told it happened coz of their clients have not released their payment. So they are expected to get their release by 24th and so they will immediately release my payment. I will keep posted on this issue.

My friend served as a trainer for sap course and gave training for dallas institute in indira nagar, bangalore. He has already completed the course in march. After completion of course its more than 1 month, they are not paying the money to trainer. When he is calling them to ask for payment, they are not answering calls and giving false stories. Unprofessional and unethical institute.

Hi i am rajeev i was contacted by dit by a lady called polashi and she asked if i was available to teach a techie checkpoint and cisco security. To which i agreed and started taking classes on checkpoint. One fine day the student discontinued & stopped coming for the classes as he was promised books, materials etc at the time of admission which was never given to him. By that time i had finished almost the entire stuff on check point. The arrangement was for 25 k for each course per student.. It's been 3 month since then and i have reached everyone including mr. Mohd who runs the institute, but i am yet to get my payment released. My phones to anybody and everybody is going unanswered.

I was a Trainer for Amazon AWS for this Institute,
I read lots of negative reviews about Dallas Institute, but unfortunately, when i receive the call from these guys, they introduced themselves as they are calling from "D.I.T", They are over smart and changed the name to a short form to hide their Bad Identity "Dallas"

Initially they said there are 3 Students, we will pay 8, 000 for each students, but only 2 students has registered for the course, even their course was also dragging from 4 Months, they sent me the contents, after going through the content, the content was including Devops, which cannot be handled by me, i said i will handle complete AWS Sysops and i have sent the complete new content of AWS - SYSOPS's TOC, i said i will handle 100% Sysops as per my content, which has more content than the content given by them, initially they said ok, , , and after completing the training.. when i asked for the payment, it was fully shocking, they are saying we can give only 50% not full, because you have not covered Devops...!!! Trust me the content which they shared and i shared are completely different, and i have handled complete Sysops Admin Content. which was accepted by these people.

If you need to work as a trainer they will welcome you with sweet words, and follow like Dogs and Cats, after you complete the training you have follow like Dogs and Cats for the payment, be aware with these cheap Institutes. Our Curse will never leave them to be in peace. Trust in GOD.

That Lady Poornima, the reasons she give is very silly,
Accounts officer is on Leave,
our Office Boy is not there,
one of the key person (Signing Authority) is suffering from Dengue,
Our office boy has collected the cheque, once he reach i'll call you.(He'll never reach, she'll never call you)
Our office boy has stuck in rain, he is coming with the cheque.
Finally She'll not answer the phone...

Its over 7 days i'm following for payment.. and i'm getting the same above stupid reasons..

So many trainers have followed up for more than 6 months, and many have left following for the payment.

I'll wait for 2 more days and if i don't receive any positive feedback,
I'm Planning to Give a formal Complaint against these fraudsters through online after few days..

In future also if anybody needs to give a police complaint against these people, please consider sharing this page

I Personally thank ConsumerComplaints.in the issue has been escalated at a very high level and received the call from Mr.Mohammad CEO, but they released about 60% of Payment only.. and assured the remaining payment will be adjusted in the next batch. I got all the assurance from Mr.Mohammad, that this things will not repeat again and he also warned that lady Poornima for the irresponsible conduct. Blogs like this are helping the Public and saving the Social Values.. Thank you Consumercomplaints.in for your role in social policing.

I personally thank Mr.Mohammad and i request again to take care of the trainers who plays an important role in building their student's future.

"To brief about Dallas Technologies in ONE word- HORRIBLE." My thoughts exactly. Starting from the incompetent team that they have, which does not deliver on any of its duties or commitments, to the crook manager that runs the place. Bunch of double-crossers. Well, partly I am angry over myself for not identifying these phoneys. But I guess when you're desperate for a career, you tend to overlook crucial things.

Sadly, there are enough number of 'targets', for these people to sustain themselves. I would like to increase awareness here so that the number of people getting conned by these crooks is reduced over time and eventually drives them out of business.

I am glad there's an option for no rating at all. A single star is way too much. I would not suggest this institute to any one.

I would like to share my experiance with Dallas technology . It is the worst training center i’ve never seen in the bangalore there trainer is very worst doesn’t teach anything . when you go there they lie to you about placement offer after training completion but in reality they don’t have any tie up with companies . Plz don’t waste your time or money go on another training institute or else try with yourself . There HR manager Sheikh Mohammad in Indiranagar branch nd poornima in BTM Branch they are spoiling students career nd simply making money.
And about to good rating they all are fake IDs which hav been created by Dallas employees for attract to the students for job placement.

These kind of posts on certain companies calling fake, fake has become trend to extract money from entrepreneurs and these gang are targeting innocent people. Knowingly or unknowingly, consumer complaints sites have become a weapon for them and these site owners just to get the google adsense money believe whatever review is posted and keep these on their site. I am seeing fake reviews with similar words for 10 different companies posted by same person. I don't know whether this Dallas Technologies company is genuine or fake, but there are online hijackers who call themselves as savior and call companies as fake and all.

Worst institute...Did a 40hrs training in April, did not get any payment. Called the co-ordinator Polashi multiple times for payment, never answered the calls, no reply to e-mails. Wasted my 8 days and travel fare. Even the student didn't get any study materials, they offered him original materials from vendor before joining the course, what he got was some pdfs downloaded from internet which is not even related to the subject.

DIT Technologies are real cheaters. They do not pay the trainers so, no one wants to join DIT, Indiranagar for teaching. If you want to do charity then you can go for teaching in Dallas Institute. They are hardcore "CHEATERS"...

To brief about Dallas Technologies in ONE word- HORRIBLE.
My experience with Dallas Technologies was worst.
I was looking for an institute for my fiance for Data-com Testing and was pretty impressed by seeing reviews on it.
But I guess the fact is all these reviews I THINK are "FAKE"
We had asked for a syllabus copy to check what all will be covered for which institute people including institute's Manager had told that they would be sending that shortly, which never happened. Even after giving several Calls- We almost have called nearly 20-25 times to Dallas Technologies, Bangalore, but the answer would be - "our Manager is on leave or we will give you a callback in 10 mins/ or will mail the syllabus copy right away, which will never happen"

Heights is we got a call from the institute asking when will you pay the amount and when we asked her when will you send the syllabus copy, again the same answer- we will call you back in 10 mins/ or will mail it right away- again which never happened.

Also, we got a call from these people asking to remove the post (my fiance gave a 0 rating in one of the website) and will be sending the syllabus copy shortly, again which never happened.

I would not suggest this institute to any one.
