Danone — Quality issue with danone curd

I had purchased a curd packs (no.4) of danone on 3rd sep 2016.There was no curd .It was like a butter milk.I had sent them a mail also on the same day .I am in continuous follow up withthem, but i am not getting any reply from them'.
Please help me .Once their head from goa said that she will come and meet me in pune .But no calls fromthat day .Now they even not bothered to reply my query
