I am Deepa from Patna(bihar)pin 800009, want to complain about the cable operator in our area. The operater is Darsh Network. Our services is being disconnected due to non payment. But the problem is we are ready to pay as per the trai. But the operator are not providing us the form from which we can choose the plan as per our convinience, in turn we are simply asked to pay 220 rupees and the most of the channels that they are proving is free channel. we have been request But No body is aware about it and there is No proper response. Mr Sujit kumar ([protected]) take away my set top box and give me after 7-8 month damage set top box when after 2-3 days i recharge i saw that the set top box is damage and in these time they does not accept it.After all this i say that please repair they told me that i cant do any thing in this case and Head office ([protected]) say that told to him for this i cant support you.I give him for repairing charge but head office still to say that the operator which will provide you. In this case what can i do. Hardly Request You sir Please Solve my Problem.
