I am Deepa from Patna(bihar)pin 800009, want to complain about the cable operator in our area. The operater is Darsh Network. Our services is being disconnected due to non payment. But the problem is we are ready to pay as per the trai. But the operator are not providing us the form from which we can choose the plan as per our convinience, in turn we are simply asked to pay 220 rupees and the most of the channels that they are proving...
