I had ordered for one set of honor black 8x, 4 gb ram, 64 gb storage space mobile handset through amazon. I had already paid for the same.

A packet, claiming the material within it, was delivered at the reception of the address at about 10.40 am on 16th november 2018. There was no call made to me for the same and hence i had no clue of the delivery. I was handed over the packet in the night of 16th november 2018 and opening i could find only charger, plastic cover in the box and the mobile hand set was not there.

Yesterday I received my parcel and I put on charge to it after so many hours mobile screen is not visible like it's not ON.Gone through the instructions in User Guide clear that to long press the power button but that's not working. Till now mobile is not On
