I am Rajalakshmi Chelladurai from Tenkasi, I have orderd Redmi note 9 pro mobile on Amazon and I have received it on yesterday(21.8.2021).
Invoice number: MAA[protected], Date: 17.08.2021
Yesterday I received my parcel and I put on charge to it after so many hours mobile screen is not visible like it's not ON.Gone through the instructions in User Guide clear that to long press the power button but that's not working. Till now mobile is not On
Is there any other procedure to On the mobile, or else please exchange it and give me a new proper working mobile to the same address which I have order on Amazon.
