Dear team,
I Bought last month Redmi note 10 pro. Am facing too many issues.
Suddenly phone switched off, while coming phone call also its switching off automatically.2Hrs tried to switching back.Please rectify my issues.

Received an old mobile phone.
I ordered the "OnePlus Nord CE 5G" on[protected]. But I received a renewed mobile on[protected]. The Same day I raised a complaint but getting a response from amazon customer care as follows "we have checked from the time the item was picked from the warehouse and till it was delivered to you, as per the update from our team the item was intact in condition and correct item was delivered to you when it was delivered to you. Based up on the investigations teams update we we're unable to issue a refund or a replacement for the order." But I have product opening video and photograph.

non receipt of mobile handset

I had ordered for one set of honor black 8x, 4 gb ram, 64 gb storage space mobile handset through amazon. I had already paid for the same.
A packet, claiming the material within it, was delivered at the reception of the address at about 10.40 am on 16th november 2018. There was no call made to me for the same and hence i had no clue of the delivery. I was handed over the packet in the night of 16th november 2018 and opening i could find only charger, plastic cover in the box and the mobile hand set was not there.

Yesterday I received my parcel and I put on charge to it after so many hours mobile screen is not visible like it's not ON.Gone through the instructions in User Guide clear that to long press the power button but that's not working. Till now mobile is not On
Is there any other procedure to On the mobile, or else please exchange it and give me a new proper working mobile to the same address which I have order on Amazon.
