Darshita Aashiyana Private Limited — OnePlus Nord ce 2 lite phone charger missing

I have ordered mobile OnePlus Nord ce 2 lite which costs 18999 on 5 th march from Amazon, I received an empty box without phone and charger, box sealed was opened .Amazon is not helping further in this regard.i am still paying emis for non received phone.i have even raised an enquiry from Titagarh PS with imei no mentioned in bill report is stil pending
