I'm Rajesh Sabale I have purchased IQOO NEO 7 phone from Amazon on date 21st JUNE 2023 on credit card of SBI BANK and then, On 2nd July 2023 you have sent me a SMS of link in that when I opened it you get the double amount of ₹26, 749.
And then the amount ₹26, 749 has cut from my SBI CARD .
So, I have humble request to refund me that money .

I ordered iQOO Z7 5G mobile from amazon but they delivered me wrong mobile (realme narzo N55 with wrong bill, Amazon and if this seller is fooling us then Amazon does not delete this seller when the rating of this seller is low on Amazon and no complaints help.

The order I received is from some person from Haryana named Rakesh Jain but after giving all these details to amazon but amazon does not help in any way....

I purchased oneplus nord ce2 5g black dusk on 12th Feb 2023 from Amazon product sold by your company. This handset is defective. Captured videos are not clear and noisy which is captured in silent. Also no proper network. Kindly replace this handset.

I was a placed an order on amazon india on 22 july seller was Darshita Aashiyana Private Limited. but on date of delivery mobile was not reached at home and amount has been paid in full with order number Order#[protected] & Tracking ID:[protected]. Now my problem is that till date the packet is not delivered and there is no info regarding the same from Amazon custmer support also have no info and its beeing rescheduled daily and i cannot even cancle the order & i was found on internet that Darshita Aashiyana Private Limited was cheated to many persons on same ground and was bogus company

please take it serious action against it

I had contacted Amazon the same day the product was delivered but after 15 days now they have denied refund/replacement. I have been cheated by an Amazon seller Darshita Aashiyana Private Limited I have a few pictures, audio and a video proof where it can clearly seen that I have received a wrong product. I was a placed an order on amazon india on 28 oct seller was Darshita Aashiyana Private Limited.
but on date of delivery mobile was not reached at home and amount refund to my account said no one at home so delivery failure but things were not correct i was whole day at home working work from home since 1.5 years, no one came at home and without my permission or order they cancelled order

further when i was complainant to INGRAM they have not any legal evidence that prove that delivery happened but no one at home.

i was found on internet that Darshita Aashiyana Private Limited was cheated to many persons on same ground and was bogus company

please take it serious action against it

Is there any other procedure to On the mobile, or else please exchange it and give me a new proper working mobile to the same address which I have order on Amazon.

I have purchased redmi 9 power mobile in amazon on 09/02/21 upto july-21 device worked good and no issue anything but in the month of aug-21 the handset had a problem in sensor proximity problem. while call or receive the calls screen will go off. press the power button or do anything not open/on the screen. so i visit the mi service center explain everything and they told me will change the board, because sensor will not coming separate...

Myself Pranjali Pawan nandanwar Ordered an Product Mobile One Plus 9R 5g on Date:02/11.2021 having Order No.[protected], I also pay the charges of Fastest delivery... But I m not receiving my Mobile till Yesterday i.e. 07.11.2021... I m too much got irritate now by taking continuous follow from Amazon Customer Care, They did not give any satisfactory information to me.
Yesterday evening i also again talk with Customer care and ask them Seller Contact no but they do not give me the no. And They says cancel the old order and place new Order and the new order is delivered to me within 24 Hrs but till now i m not getting any email regarding my product that when it will be delivered and whether it is dispatched or not. New Order No. is[protected].. Sir its an request please give me solution regarding this.

I have returned my Redmi 5 gold on 28/02/19
and asked for the refund. But due to lamentable service of the company and amzon team my phone has been misplaced by the person who made the pickup and the company as well . Now its been 2 months I'm constantly tracing my product but nothing much have been done. Its just the customer who live in trouble just because of the carelessness and unconcerned shown by company .
I'm attaching the pickup receipt here. this act of carelessness showed by the company and amzon team is really very disappointing.
And of course writing here wont help me out yeah il surely take a legal step for this act.
