I had contacted Amazon the same day the product was delivered but after 15 days now they have denied refund/replacement. I have been cheated by an Amazon seller Darshita Aashiyana Private Limited I have a few pictures, audio and a video proof where it can clearly seen that I have received a wrong product. When I googled this seller I saw he has a history of cheating people. Below are few examples:
