My sister had her household items transferred from Mumbai to Bangalore. The guys were very prompt in picking up the stuff, but what followed was a total nightmare. When the goods were to be delivered at her Bangalore home, they sent just the truck full of articles from our home along with some other family's and no one to unload except for the truck driver !!! Finally the good old neighbors had to help her unload the furniture from the truck.. Most of the cartons including the Almirah has covered with mold.. God knows how... When contacted the Bombay office absolutely refused to have anything to do with unloading. They didn't even send a carpenter to put the disassembled furniture back ; even though they had repeatedly promised its their duty to do it when they took it apart in bombay. Best part despite te insurance, they are not willing to pay for any of the damages made !! Worst packers and movers ever.. Complete fraudsters.. Never trust this packers and movers.. One bad thing is that, I happened to read their reviews only after i had a bad experience with them.. Hopefully some action can be taken against these fraudsters for all the troubles they had made us go through. Was this information helpful? |
