As i have moved my goods from mumbai to kolkata on 25th septemeber through data packers and movers company. We paid our full payment for transportation and insurance also. People from data packers and movers company said that your goods will reach within 7 - 10 days. They never give me any insurance receipt. All the money going to their pocket.
I keep on calling after 10 days but every time one response that they are on the way and give me call after 10 minutes. 10 min never comes. Data packer person told me that my goods are reached west bengal boarder. Every day i got the same answer and it will delivered by tomorrow.
I also called their director mr. Depak bhardwaj but after some day he is not responding to my call.
Finally i received my goods after 26 days. My iron almira completely bend. 4 items missing that also i informed mr. Munu sharma (Data packer mumbai) and he assured that it may be mis placed and it will delivered shortly.
After some day they told me they are unable to locate my lost goods.Instead of i paid for insurance they have not give any money to me.
This is a cheater company and i urge my friend never ever take the service of data packer mover then you will be in big trouble. Don't trust the fake company
As i am a banker i will write letter to iba and rbi to ban this company from iba's approved packer and movers for relocation
In the mean time i will also file a complaint in consumer court.
