My name is harsh gupta... I have also stuck in this fraud... Company name is DATALINK INFOTYPE from AHEMDABAD. They given me 800 form filing work with a otp signed agreement, i have not complete work because id and password wrong after three days form filing work on time but they issued a failed report on showing mistakes and after one week i. E. Today, their legal consultant called me and asking for money 5100 (Including penalty and court fee) and he also threatening me that if i do not pay the money till 4 pm then he will file a case in court and issue a legal notice on me. I WAS SO DEVASTATED i paid money n i want it back. Please help. this is how they are cheating ppl.
