Hi, I have picked form filling job from this company and they have taken signed on an agreement. They have not provided the complete information of their terms and conditions. They said that it is completely free but in agreement it is stated that candidate will have to pay 3999/7999 according to their plan if the project is incomplete or accuracy is below 90%. They have not even introduced the plan, I don't know which plan I have.
I have not read the agreement before signing it. Now, I am saying them to cancel it but they are not listening anything. I am in complete trap with no help.
Customer care is not giving proper response and behaving very rudely.
It is a complete trap because they do not define their terms and condition and also not providing complete details. If candidate do not read agreement properly and sign it, they could not do any thing. Was this information helpful? |
