Datamatics Global Services [dgsl] — hgs payroll portal password not able to reset

Hi team,

I have already raised a request regarding i am not able to reset my hgs payroll portal password.

Problem overview:

When i am trying to logging into hgs portal in order to get my datamatics payslips i am facing with password issue, i forgot my password if i click my forgot password its asking few questions like below:

Company code :
Login id :
Date of birth (Dd/mm/yyyy)
Date of joining (Dd/mm/yyyy)
Pan no.

After providing all the above details its showing your password reset to default password.

I don't know what is the default password (I tried to search in google "what is the default password of hgs payroll login, it's showing (Welcome*2.) i tried with this but no luck.

Kindly help me on this
