I used to work at the Datamatics Mumbai office but left the company in the year 2007. I have been attempting to contact the Datamatics team several times in order to withdraw my PF amount, but I have not received any assistance. I would appreciate it if you could recommend a specific point of contact who can help me address my problem....

I resigned my position from last 2 months and still I didn't received my Full and Final payment amount. I contacted the HR team for the same but not got any response from them.
Please do the needful.

I had tried transferring my PF account multiple times(8-9 attempts) till date but with no positive outcome what so ever.
My old account is dead for almost 12 years now.
I recently tried again to see a way to close my old pf account permanently but as per the response from pf office i have been told to contact datamatics.
I shared my concerns and details multiple times to datamatics but till now I am not be able to get the hold of anything positive. Can anyone please help me with the same?
Is there a way to withdraw or get old account attached with my UAN somehow? Kindly assist.

I have raised multiple grievances against PF office and got to know that datamatics messed up my date of birth due to which this is keeps on happening. I sent my 10th marksheet 3-4 times in past over years and talked to number of people in datamatics in the past to get it done but after first conversation they never picked their call or never bothered to reply of my email when enquired about the status. Not sure how should i proceed now?

I have Received Traffic E- Challan No. PNCCC[protected] Dtd 25.08.2019 for Without Helmet .
But this Challans are not Related to my Vehicle because that Vehicle captured in photos & my Vehicle is Differant.
That Person also not me & that vehicle also not mine. Due to invisible Number Plate it is wrongly Charged to Me. it is charged to My Vehicle. MH12 KX2189.

I was worked in Datamatics As ETR based on Nashik Location and i have 6000 payment .Afer completion my term of ETR, i release on 19th feb 2022, still my payment is holding.Why?
I have not pf and other things and i have emi on 1st of every month, so i need a money.
So please resolve my issue.

I had hot an offer from the above company for 1000 forms I had completed ot but now they what's app me that i had not work according to agreement and threating me to send legal noice

Hi team,

I have already raised a request regarding i am not able to reset my hgs payroll portal password.

Problem overview:

When i am trying to logging into hgs portal in order to get my datamatics payslips i am facing with password issue, i forgot my password if i click my forgot password its asking few questions like below:

I have taken work from datamatics and unable to work they given for that they called me and told me your are failed so you have to pay amount of rs 12500
For registration amount . So i paid 12000 rupees to stalion account . On another day some advocate name called ashoke desai called me you have to pay agreement clearence amount to comapny and you will clear that amount to cancle agreement then i paid amount 12400 rupees .
Then now advocate asoke desai mailed me your agrement not cleared so you have to pay amount for that other wise i will give a notice to your home address . And they given notice also.
So please sir help me to clear this issue

On jan 31th
Money debited in my account from Indian overseas bank money debited and not credited in other account state bank account. What happen to my money. Amount of15000 /-rupees missing in my acçount. Transation from IMPS net banking. I talked to the customer care also they said please contact in our related bank. I need money very urgentpls. I met in banks also no responce. Then what to do

Datamatics company is deducting employee's and company's contribution from employee's salary only.

Eg:- if 1000 employee needs to pay at pf account, 1000 company also should pay to emplyee's pf account but datamatics company is deducting 2000 from employees salary.

On being asked they said it's datamatics policy's to deduct 2000 from employee only.

Please help me with appropriate solution so that i can take action against them or else i can leave the company asap.

My previous company Datamatics Global Services Ltd has submitted PF Transfer form (Form 13) along with 3A on 17th October 2011 to PF Office, Kandivali, Mumbai.. My PF account number is MH/ 15962-B/ 4869. However, my Datamatics PF amount has still not been transferred even after 4 years. I am looking for help with the same. Hi this is deepa from pune, wish to lodge a complaint against a company datamatics global services ltd based in nashik. I've come to know that this company does not treat their employees properly, the company is making them work 7 days a week, i understand the company is paying them, however health is more important that anything. Could you please tell me what can be done to stop this, as to my knowledge every individual has the right to take atleast one weekly off in a week?

Comming to issue i was selected both interviews of accenture and dell and datamatics people (Pradeep) asked me to pack up from hyderabad to banglore immediately with in one day (Because im working in hyderabad). As per directions of pradeep (Datamatics employee) i was shifted from hyderabad to banglore on 23-nov-2011 but when i was arrived at banglore datamatics said the project has been cancelled and ask me to wait for another 1 week and said "we will place you in another project" and i have stayed in banglore for 1 week but datamatics cheated me they are not even attending my phone calls and not being responsible to me.

As a respected dignitary of datamatics iam please any one to please provide justice to me because i have resignation my organization and joined in datamatics company blindly believing you.. They cheated me by not generating offer letter to me, when i asked for offer letter they simply said "dont worry about that we will give you hard copy after coming here".

Till now i didnt get any job. This happens because of your employees. I also keep in touch with accenture they said that "they have informed to you 23-nov itself" but due to irresponsibility of datamatics i lost every thing. Now im in roads no salry for one month still i dont know how many days it may take.

So iam requesting you to please provide at least one week salary, so that i can live for this month. Around 10000/- i have spent due to this. This is not fair i will provide all proofs i have. If datamatics employees not accept this please keep in touch with me i will provide all the information.
Please think and provide justice if your in my place as iam suffering a lot..
