Sir I'm a student. I booked my cycle from patna to prayagraj rambagh. While booking the staff at patna parcel station were demanding extra money and threaten me also for making it delay or destroy my product. Meanwhile i was not getting any info at online parcel status so i thought they are doing some conspiracy and due to my busy schedule of my collage I couldn't go to check from the destination station.
But just now I got the call that your parcel had arrived 4 days ago and please collect it from here by bearing fine of four days and I told him the whole story and asked her that why didn't you called me earlier then he said there is no provision to call so you would have to submit the fine also.
