Datamind Global Services — Lack of update on online railway parcel

Address:Indian railway parcel

Sir I'm a student. I booked my cycle from patna to prayagraj rambagh. While booking the staff at patna parcel station were demanding extra money and threaten me also for making it delay or destroy my product. Meanwhile i was not getting any info at online parcel status so i thought they are doing some conspiracy and due to my busy schedule of my collage I couldn't go to check from the destination station.
But just now I got the call...

Datamind Global Services — They won't provide service not giving my money back

Hello,

I paid for this service on 14th January and from that day I'm waiting for the service..after not getting in 2 months I was trying to connect people from AR maid for giving my money back as they didn't provide service in 21 days..but they didn't respond to my calls and messages
.
Then one day they responded and said they will talk to deployment team n let me know in evening...after that I was texted more...
