Cons: Exploits its employees one or other way
Worked in DAV, jagjeetpur, Haridwar around19 yrs as a teacher, was HOD, English, learnt a lot to enhance my various skills, it provided a dynamic, co-operative environment, love to interact with students and solve their problems.Good infrastructure and more focussed on students needs but management became cruel to me as it terminated me as I complaint against Principal for using such derogatory language which hits the modesty of a woman. This was the reward given to me by DAV management of my flawless service of 19 yrs.I was nt given any opportunity to prove myself. One sided decision was taken by management.Even though a Fact Finding Committee & a Disciplinary committee was also appointed but to safeguard Itself & to terminate me on legal grounds.I was not given even a single opportunity to prove myselfI have all documents to prove it but nobody bothers. The case is in court & i m struggling for justice without any of my fault.My fault was to raise voice against dirty comments of Principal.
