I am writing this to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the termination of my job at Dav public school Maheshkhunt khagaria.It is with a heavy heart that I address the events that have led to my involuntary separation from the organization.

I have given my approx 13 years of service to Dav.I firmly believe that my performance consistently met or exceeded the required standards and that I actively contributed to the success and growth of the company during my time here.

I am deeply troubled by the lack of transparency and clarity surrounding the reasons for my termination. Despite my repeated attempts to seek an explanation, I have not been provided with a satisfactory answer. I believe that every employee deserves to understand the basis for such a crucial decision, and the lack of communication has left me feeling undervalued and disheartened.

Additionally, I have reason to believe that my termination may have been influenced by factors beyond my control, such as discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. I must emphasize that I have always conducted myself professionally and ethically, adhering to all company policies and guidelines. If there were any concerns about my performance or conduct, I was not given an opportunity to address or rectify them, which further adds to my distress.

I must express my disappointment in the way the termination process was handled . Termination
significantly impacted my financial stability and ability to secure alternative employment. Moreover, the lack of support during this transition period has only added to the burden of this situation.

I strongly urge you to conduct a thorough review of the circumstances surrounding my termination and provide me with a fair and honest explanation for the decision that was made.

I firmly believe that I deserve to be treated with respect and fairness, and I request that you reconsider the termination of my employment or provide me with appropriate compensation and severance in line with organisation policies and legal requirements.

In conclusion, I hope that my concerns will be taken seriously and that steps will be taken to address this matter promptly. I remain open to engaging in a constructive dialogue to resolve this issue amicably.

I strongly believe that declaring Saturday as a holiday will bring several benefits for the students, teachers, and staff. Firstly, it will give them a much-needed break and a chance to recharge their batteries after a busy and hectic week of studies and activities. This will not only improve their physical and mental well-being but also enable them to perform better in the following week.

Secondly, having Saturdays off will provide more time for extracurricular activities such as sports, music, art, and other hobbies. These activities play a crucial role in the holistic development of students and help them to explore their interests and talents.

Thirdly, Saturdays being a holiday will give students an opportunity to spend quality time with their families and friends. This will strengthen their social bonds and provide them with a much-needed balance between their academic and personal lives.

Furthermore, I would like to highlight that many leading schools across the country have already implemented this policy and have witnessed significant improvements in the academic performance, attendance, and overall well-being of their students.

Therefore, I respectfully urge you to consider my request and declare all Saturdays as a holiday in DAV schools in Ranchi, Jharkhand. This will not only benefit the students but also the teachers and staff who will have more time for personal and professional development.

I am here to discuss about my school errors. I took admission in the school in 9 th standard and now I am in 11 th commerce. Till now no game period is conducted in the school. There is no sports in the school. There is lack planning in the school. Sometimes they tomorrow will your exam and the dissmis the exam. Not only sometimes but everytimes. No progress in the school. No activities in the school. Not exect timing of bus in the school. Even we are not able to attend all periods in the school at the end period the bus passenger students have to leave. There is very dirty toilets. No activities in the school. No rules in the school. No discipline in the school. Totally ruin the dav name. I suggest you to survey the school. 🙏 if you can not sought out the problem pls contact the higher authority.

With due respect I would like to inform you that I have scored 71.89% in class X examination held in 2021.

I had requested several times from the (DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL DUDHICHUA) school staff to allow me to get the subject of my own choice ie. in Science stream (PCM), but the school have defined the criteria of 75% for selecting Maths.

Now I am unable to study the subject of my own choice which is most suitable to built up my career.

I have studied from last 12 years in DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL DUDHICHUA, and looking to complete my rest academic years from the same school only.

I duly request from you that please ask the school to allow me to study the science(PCM) subject of my own choice.

I am from faridabad, I am looking for admission of my baby in First class of DAV public school, NTPC fbd. They are asking for Admission fee (14000) + Annual fee(13000) + fee of 3month ( Apri, May, June) . They are forcing to pay fee of April, may also however my ward will be admitted in June month. Kindly do help us.
They are refusing to take admission without those amount .

Today I went to PT meet and their I spoke to Mr. Pawan kumar he has amazing experience of 25 years but instead of it. his tone was brutal and immensely disrespectful, is this a way you spoke to a lady..

My child studying since kindergarten and now 5th standard, day by day she is becoming worse, no improvement, teacher's saying that she will come to slowly but I am not happy, they say that we're conducting drilling, smart classes and so on but at the end all fail marks

Hello everyone my self Rishav kumar from Hazaribag Jharkhand i read at 12th standard and i regret why should i take addmission in this school where no one having little bit idea's about innovation the teach student in very fool way . The teacher and even pricipal of this school having no idea to handling the knowledge and many other things no teachers are well qualified and very poor teaching skill i request you to all please don't get addmission of such type of ### school

Why we are being bothered to submit all fees like transportation, smart class when we are not using these facilities.

My class teacher respected kumud Garg (Class Teacher of 9B) removed me from school group one night before of pre board exam because not to submit fees so when i submit the fees then she also not add me after 3 days of paper

School said donation of 70k and term extra around 47000 fees in 4 installments.

We paid 70k donation for the same on 20th of August through D.D. Unfortunately, Since we have to move out of Hyderabad considering my work situations, I have put refund request to the school in November.

Like there mid term exam has been camed but there is no any lesson thought to then specially the larger classes...

Not only today there is lots of problem from starting too but in current situation it has became more worst ... The future of students are getting spoil.. There is a process of board registration fee of 150 rupees.
We have gone to submit the fee but school wants first we submit the normal fee of October month then they will accept the board fee.

Note: We have already submitted the September fee and its 5 October and
how can we submit the October fee so early.

But they have denied to accept the fee.
Please look into it.

It is utterly shocking to see and inhuman on the part that dav public school, mednipur is extracting money even for computer for this lockdown period when all the students are at home & not using computer. They are even charging fees for the month of march & april when the school was closed on 2nd march and new admission took place at the end of april.

We are facing problems regarding online classes which are going on due to covid-19. Due to network problems we can't able to hear teachers voice just wasting our time but it's the the problem. Are we only for wasting our time. We are the future of india. Sitting on phone for 5 -6 hours can harm our eyes too but we are feeling dissatisfied bacause after sitting on phone just to attend online classes we can't see and hear teachers voice. This is the problem of maximum of the students

Arsh sharma class 11 student of medical stream school dav public school una (Hp) and also child of surender sharma who was also lecturer in dav public school una hp i want to complaint against them as arsh is being benifited during exam of english since answer was told by his father... This is kind of impartiality practiced in the school kindly take some strict action against surender sharma

This is a complaint against dav public school, palwal, haryana. Me and my two elder sisters studied from that school. The school required the original birth certificate at the time of admission, saying that the document will be returned at the time of graduation/leaving the school. But the birth certificates of me and my sister's have not been returned. The school has kept these documents for over two decades. On asking back for these documents, the school denied the request saying that the school will issue a confirmation if required for any legal procedure but it won't return them. I sincerely hope that after this complaint, the school will wake up from its slumber and return these documents to the rightful owners. If there is no response from your side within a week i will be forced to file a class action suit against the school.

We are given physical punishments like standing in the school corridor for whole of the day, beaten up badly, kneel down in front of his office, sit ups in front of junior class, etc. By our principal mr. Himanshu for very silly mistakes like being absent for one or two days without informing, coming school not in proper uniform and all. Please do have any look to our school.

Teachers are serving in fear in the institution. School is not providing any canteen facility. Teachers have to strave for a day. Teachers are not allowed to avail public holidays. No value teachings to the students. Even i must say that students who are being taught there have no moral values and etiquettes. So i request that the matter may please be looked into and necessary instructions be issued to dav authorities to address this issue and protect their human rights
