Dbs Bank Ltd — not issuing refund

Hello sir... I am arvind singh from bahraich... On 18dec 2017 i had booked a ticket on redbus with registered mobile number [protected]... Due to some inconvinience the ticket was not booked but the amount of rs 825.20 was debited from my dbs bank account... I contacted redbus but they told me that they didnt receive the money but as per bank records money was debited to redbus with transaction id[protected]... That it is more than 1 month and i contacted bank and redbus several times but still my problem is not resolved... Plzz resolve my issue asap.
