Ticket fare not refunded after bus cancellation by operator

I had booked an online ticket from Dalkhola to Chhapra for journey on 02.05.2026 with Vivek Travels via Redbus App. Bus was cancelled by operator one hour before boarding the bus which was informed to me telephonically. Ticket fare of Rs. 787.50 has not been refunded and Redbus App is escaping its responsibility towards protection of consumer's right....

RedBus Bus Delay Caused Missed Flight & 37,964 Loss No Support Response

I booked a RedBus ticket (TUBB[protected] with PAL Travel Lines from Manali to Delhi for 15 Oct 2025. The bus was supposed to arrive at 5:05 AM but reached around 8:00 AM — a delay of nearly 3 hours without prior notice.
