Unethical practices regarding reduced prices between tickets on flexi ticket date change system

The original ticket, TUAJ78387556, booked on September 21 for travel on October 25, was booked at a price of 2000/- (including all charges) and had flexi date change facility available.

The price of a ticket on the desired new travel date of 19 October is 857/- without any additional charges.

I booked a bus from Alleppey to Chennai with Kallada Travels (timing: 5:01 PM to 8:20 AM). I reserved three seats: 4UB, 8ALB, and 8BLB. However, while my ticket showed these numbers, the travel agency assigned the seats as 4UB, 10ALB, and 10BLB.

Refund discrepancy & non-payment of redbus assurance benefit (TIN TU9R76296911)

My bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore on[protected] with Go Tour Travels and Holidays (TIN TU9R[protected] was cancelled by the operator.

RedBus has refunded only ₹1, 760.48 against ₹1, 761.48 paid, and additionally charged ₹44 for redBus Assurance which was marked non-refundable. However, the redBus Assurance promised an additional ₹500 payout in case of operator-initiated cancellation, which has not been applied.

Amount not refund

Booking Id UA[protected], The application shows that 1075/-rs has been credited to my account, but only 569/-rs has been credited, the remaining 506/-rs has not yet been returned to my account.

Cancellation Charges Paid - Bus Operator Denied Service

I booked a bus ticket from Jhunjhunu to Delhi of 7th July. The bus operator called me and said that the bus has broken down and would not be available for service. I cancelled the ticket on platform and still paid the cancellation charges of 30%. Requesting you to give the full refund as this cancellation was not my fault.

I am complaining about the driver's harsh and vulgar behavior
