Poor service

I booked three tickets from Red Bus from Siliguri to Guwahati on 14.03.2024, with ticket No. TT4E89504419. It was a RAYAN Travels PRIMO bus. The departure time was 4 pm and the boarding point preferred by me was opposite the petrol pump near the TN Bus terminus at Hill Cart Road. When I found no bus there till 3.45 pm, I contacted the driver who asked me to go behind the petrol pump. The hood was fully loaded. A number of the lower deck seats...

Wrong boarding display

I booke a ticket today for Tirupur to Chidambaram in Krish Travels, but I found the boarding point is Palladam. How can a passenger booked ticket from Tirupur board at Palladam. Why red bus allowed to do such kind of cheating. Please do the needful to refund my money and take necessary action against the bus operator.

Refund got stuck

On March 3rd I was trying to book a ticket from Delhi to Varanasi but unable to do so and not only that the amount of 3626.85 got debited from my bank account. I even tried to get refund from the app itself and now its showing that refund is successful but in reality I did not recevied the amount yet.

Refund not received!

I cancelled my ticket on 12th january, 2024, and its been exactly 36 days, more than one whole month!
20 customer care conversations, endless chat conversations, i even raised a complaint in the grievance cell of indian goverenment!

Not paying back my Refund

This is Aditya Patil, and my compliant goes like this :

The bus (Starline) was scheduled from Mumbai to Pune at the time of 04:25 am, pickup point from Andheri east, but the bus operator responded after 2 hours that he's bus is still not crossed the Virar phata, which is far away and then I contacted the customer service of the redBus although they also gave me vague responses. I booked three tickets from Proddatur to Bangalore on 1/25. Refund amount not credited

On 13 jan 2024 I booked a bus ticket through Red Bus App(SRS travels), But due to some reason I cancelled ticket on an 21st jan and the refund amount of INR 3285 was Initiated. On 23rd Jan 2024 RedBus Send me message that your amount was credited to your account but after checking the amount was not credited to my account. The refund reference number is 74332744022402117539618.
Please check and revert back as soon as possible...

The bus operator was Royal Travels I had booked 3 seat However, the operator forbade me from boarding the bus when it arrived because my reserved seat was already occupied by other passengers.
The bus driver asked me to get off the bus or find another place to sit. Since I have no choice, even with a valid ticket, my two family members and I travelled...

Payment deducted TWICE for the same ticket

I booked ticket TT2F92725817 and pnr 182231 on 13th Jan. The payment for this ticket got deducted twice from my credit card at same time, due to lag I entered otp twice. The amount for tickets was 3800 and same amount deducted again for same ticket. I have attached all necessary screenshots.
Please resolve this issue. Looking forward for the reply....

Ticket is cancelled by Redbus, received message refunded successfully but not received in my gpay account.

I have booked Redbus on Nov 9th from Chennai To Virudhunagar and it was cancelled by Redbus due to Bus breakdown. Ticket no. TSC[protected]. I received refund successful message on Nov 16th and never received my payment in my original payment method GPAY. Screen shorts attached. This is not first time Redbus does this. I see many people facing this issue....
