Dcp Traffic Police, Delhi — wrong traffic challan no. 22866473 from ad vaahan

Dear sir
I am retired govt. Officer. Yesterdayi was shocked when i received a sms for traffic challan no. 22866473 for red light jump on 26.8.2019 at 15.21 at sarai kale khan isbt by my car dl2cau3948. I am shocked to see this challan as myself and my wife were in singapore from 10th august 2019 to 9th september 2019. I can show my passport for this. My both children are out of india and keys of car were locked in my flat and even i have removed battery terminal wire to save battery from discharge and it was again connected on 9th september. My car was parked in my society premises.
Moreover no photographs were sent with challan. It is very dangerous also, if somebody is using fake number plate of my car. This is just a challan, there may be more serious offences/crime by this fake number plate.

Please check the photographs again and share it with me and take action against offending vehicle and cancel my challan as i was not in the country and my vehicle was parked in my society.

Please acknowledge my complaint.
