I bought a hair brush from then in may. It never arrived. I contacted them end june and beginning july - they have send an automated reply, dealt with it only once in saying yes we see the address is correct and then they vanish and you hear nothing anymore!!
Here is some parts from out of my email conversation with them (This was beginning july and about my second or 3rd try)
Dear sir/madam
Its now been 2 months since i placed the order of a perfecta hair brush (Salon quality ceramic brush) order number: 1278043 ordered on: 05/07/2017
My address: rcm harteveld, 40 carmichael rd, fish hoek, 7975, cape town, western cape, south africa
I have never received this item which was of course paid for.
Could you please urgently look into this matter and revert back to me?

I hope that someone can do something about these guys. The amount was about over 50 dollars
I would at least want a refund - the 'salon' quality brush was even more expensive then their 'normal' one
