Deal Share — Product not delivered, Order disappeared from App, and customer support persons are not listening

I have ordered three items from Deal Share on 13 march 2022. Till today third item is not delivered. Now even my orders is not showing in their app. However, , ndealshare has given me rs. 15 as earning against that order, screenshot attached.
When I made complain to their customer support, they have put my phone in hold for some time and then cut that without listening me.
I am irritate and never suggest anyone to go for dealshare. This is dake company.

Updated by chandresh2 Today I've received following email from DealShare, which shows clearly that it is cheating company. They have taken my money and not processing the order.
