Dear sir,
I, Jayashree Jha, a user of deal share app is now regreting for downlading this application.

On 29 August i odered a buch of items, in which one of the item 'bhart atta', which was delivered
In a very bad conditon. Insted of the poudered flour I got a wet hardening flour which had a musty odor. You can check my bag ID is[protected]

It does not stop only here, today (11/9/2004) I again resived my oder (bag ID[protected] in which i odered a product khao piyo instant masala nodels (20 pack ) out of which 1 packet was empty .

I know i should have complained in customer support and i did also there employ lal chand replied that he cant register my complain, he was wasting my time, he did not reply fast.
I hope you understand my problem.I demand for complet refund with cumpulsion.

I purchased dealshare last 2 month before . Aravali mogra rice. But dealshare give me aravali mini mogra 2 . Aravali mogra rice price 395/-, but aravali mini mogra 2 price 299/- . I complain 10- 12 time but I am surprised every time ignore me . I want solution in 3 days. Neither I go to consumer court . I warn you before

This is Pooja From Faridabad. I am really disappointed by the process Dealshare follows to handle their customer problems.

I have one order dated 28.8.2022 amount Rs.610 in which there are 2 items one is Fortune Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil amounting Rs.316 (Order Id is DS[protected] and second item is Fortune Soyabean Refined Oil amounting Rs. 294 (Order Id is DS[protected]. The payment is already made online and this order is still undelivered to me but it was showing delivered in my Dealshare app.

I have already filed a complaint regarding this on 3.9.2022 and today is 14.09.2022 and ultimately there is no action taken against my issue. I have been continuing following up them over calls, mail as well.

From more than 20 days I have been chasing them like a mad person and they treat their customers in the worst way !!

Their staff's behaviour is very rude, irritated and worse because they have now started a new trick as they called me just to show that they care about their customers but no one listens to me puts my calls on hold every time and then just disconnects the call. Their executive members behaviour repeat the same lines every time by saying that they are working on it and gave us some time. But nothing progress is there !!

One of their Customer executives even confirms to me that my product was wrongly delivered to another customer by one of their delivery boy named Rohit Kumar, they also gave me the contact no. [protected] which is not working and it is switched off till date. Even after all this confirmation they neither delivering my products to me nor refund my money of Rs.610.This is very irritating and frustrating now !!

Deal share is a fraud company.
Not delivered complete items.
Not refund the amount also.

It's very hectic to get ur Order and refund on deal share which make me not to recommend this to my friends and known .

Hi I had purchased fruit from Deal sahre company online. Fruit was very bad quality. They told me i will get a refund from company. But after 7 days gone they did not refunded my money. Kindly do the needful.

We have book the item 19-july-22 & deal share updated in portal without delivered material delivered on 22nd july-22.we have book the docket customer care & phone on deale share but not any positive response..

18 days gone we already online payment done Rs.1305.

Iam orderd a deal share 1 mix dry fruit packet the company was delivered me a package with insence in side the package iam complaint to customer care he 20/7/2022 customer care told me plese wait my executive will come 5to 7 working days and 26/7/2022 night 8:30 call me iam at your address please return me packet iam tolding to executive this is my office address so please come tomorrow morning come and pick up he told me this is single visit iam close your complaint next day iam agin complaint to customer care he again tole me iam register your complaint my executive will come with in a 5to 7 working days no body will come till 04/8/2022 iam call again to customer care he told me tomorrow will my executive come and exchange with your products iam saying ok done today 05/8/2022 executive will call me iam close your complaint you will agin complaint executive not available in your area so please wait 5 to 7 working days

I ordered groceries from Dealshare India on 25th July and the expected delivery date of the same was 27th of July. But the same has not been delivered till now even after complaining again and again regarding the same. I complained about the order on 28th, and they assured me that it would be delivered in the next 24 to 48 hours. I called again after 48 hours but they said that the issue has been escalated to the response team and that action would be taken soon, but after then too there is no update on my order. Now I am calling the respective customer care and getting the same response again and again and there is no resolution of my order. It's been a week and there is no response and update over my order even after 8 days of ordering.
Now I am worried that If I cancel the order would I even get the refund or not as I have already seen the complaints of the people reporting that their refund is stuck.
The Order Bag ID is 49564045, and I have shared the screenshot of the order as well with this complaint.

A. Non delivery of Products

1. Order NO 64906151 dated 22.07.2022
Was cancelled after more than 72 hrs in-spite of daily complaint to customer care and every time it was told that it will be delivered in 24 Hrs and delivery boy Mob no always switched off

2. Order NO 67115521 dated 25.07.2022
After cancellation of order dated 22.07.2022, I called and also wrote e mail to customer care and in response, they asked me to reorder and will be delivered in 24 hrs but again the order was cancelled after 72 hrs in-spite of daily complaint to customer care for delivery again they replied wait for 24 hrs and at lastthe ordered was cancelled and delivery boy no was switched off every time

3. Order NO 67149394 dated 31.07.2022
After cancellation of previous 2 orders, I called and also wrote e mail to customer care again and in response, they write me to reorder and will be delivered in 24 hrs . I called delivery boy and he told me that it will be delivered today only ( 01.08.2022 ) but it was again cancelled

4. Order NO 62629768 dated 08.07.2022
The green chillie supplied was rotten and RED, I complaint to customer care over e mail, through call and whattapp also with photograph .On 11.07.2022, I received a message over whattapp that your refund is initiated but even after 22 days we have not received refund .

In my opinion this is a fraud company and making consumer fool by giving assurance he company should be banned .You even can not contact the higher authority for your complaint .

1. All online delivery place are not delivered or cancelled.
2. Its only delivering when place cod.

3. My Order: 66485816 automatically cancelled after i placed it on 19 july 2022. Refund is not come yet.
4. Placed another order: 66486977 again same day 19 july. Status is active/verified yet.
Not processed for out of delivery yet.

I have Ordered Some Grocery Items From Deal Share, But the Delivery Boy of Deal Share has Scammed My Items By Cancelling My Order without My Permission and i didn't get refund it has been week.

They are cheating the people. I have experience of it. I have ordered too many product with prepaid order. They have not delivered 1 product and the delivery person has told it will be delivered next day. Still it has not been delivered. contacted to their customer care through e-mail, phone call and whatsap. They have given the false commitment and they have not yet refunded or replacement for that product. They have useless customer care. Now they are not picking up call and not responding mail. I will recommend never ever use the services of deal share.
Stupid employee and stupid service.

I have ordered my groceries from dealshare.
There are 12 items in my cart.
But at the time of delivery I have received only 11 items.

Regarding this issue I have called customer service 5 time and raise 5 complaints.
But still my issue is not resolved.

Per month I have ordered groceries form dealshare but now I am going to uninstall the app due to this pathetic service.

I ordered 3 items from Dealshare app worth Rs.258, I had Rs.52 in my Dealshare wallet I used it in the transaction, the order got cancelled automatically but Dealshare didn't refunded my Rs.52, I called the customer care 5-6 times, everytime they said me the money will be added within 3-4 days but that didn't happened.

I have contacted dealshare support many times but they only tells i will get product delivered asap i am being told this from last 3 days but product is not being delivered.i have ordered 2 products on 19 june one was to be dleivered on 21 and other on 23 but still not delivered

Mene order kiya dealshare app par or pehle tho inhone mera order apne aap cancel kr diya customer care se baat karne par mene dubara order kiya tho inhone 3..4 din bad order delivered ka msg aaya pr inhone pta ni kisko diya uske baad mene fir complaint ki tho bhi koi action nhi kiya or fir order kiya mene or aaj 5 din hai mujhko mera order nhi mila hai or customer care bhi koi help nhi mili ek no. I had placed an order vide Bag ID 43402041 from my registered mobile [protected] on 02.03.2022. I had to cancel the order because it was not delivered even after 4 days. Finally i cancelled the order on 06.03.2022 however i have not received the refund yet.

It has been more than 30 days now and I am yet to receive the refund. I request you to kindly issue the refund as soon as possible.

I have ordered three items from Deal Share on 13 march 2022. Till today third item is not delivered. Now even my orders is not showing in their app. However, , ndealshare has given me rs. 15 as earning against that order, screenshot attached.

This is with reference to my recent order no. 45763122 dated 09 March 2022 on Deal Share online shopping app, item Fortune Rice Bran Heath Oil (Tin) 15 ltr for Rupees INR 2515. (COD)

After delivery of order on 12 March 2022, we have found that the product packing date is 03 May 2021 and Best Before is 9 months so accordingly it is expired product. And even the oil tin has very minor leakage.

On immediate complaint and many request made through emails there is no response from Deal Share for pickup of expired product nor refund process.

I had placed an order for grocery on the Deal Share App (Order ID #DS[protected] on 1 March 2022 and its 8th March today but I have still not received my order. The order gets repeatedly canceled on its own. After calling the customer care of the app more than 4 times, I still can't get my order. They make the order Active again and tell me to wait but on the very next day it again shows canceled. I am tired of facing this problem since the past week. I seek some help from the forum in this regard.

I have placed 3 orders for groceries on 7th January 2022 through the DealShare app. Daily in the evening, they extend delivery of orders and I did not get delivery even almost after one week. Then on 13th Jan'22, I called customer care and requested them to cancel my orders and initiate a refund. For the next 2 days, nothing happened. After my repeated requests, on 9th Jan'22 evening, they took my request and initiate a refund for my orders. I received a refund for 2 of my orders out of 3 but for one order ID # DS[protected], BAG ID 30603701, till date, I have not received a refund.
