On 7th september i ordered bose soundsport free true wireless bluetooth headset with mic (Navy/citro, in the ear), on cash on delivery.

I received i9s wire less headset, made in china worth of rs.500/- instead of bose head set. Delivered by way2mart express delivery.

They have not mentioned company address on the bill. For return they have given gamil id. I have already sent email for refund, but no reply.

Exactly the same thing has happened to me too. They sent TWS -i7 headphones worth Rs699 whereas I paid Rs3000.

Same thing happened to me.
I got tempted to buy bose 3k soundsport and got the wrong item and have emailed to them and also got some duplicate TWs headphones. Should have checked these reviews before ordering
I thought cash on delivery means we were safe.
Total scam and also their customer service email id does not work
Guys in case you manage to get something please post it here
