Deal2Cart — product delivered was not the same what was ordered

On 7th september i ordered bose soundsport free true wireless bluetooth headset with mic (Navy/citro, in the ear), on cash on delivery. My order number and invoice number was 1581.

I received i9s wire less headset, made in china worth of rs.500/- instead of bose head set on 12th september, delivered by way2mart express delivery.

They have not mentioned company address on the bill. For return they have given gamil id. I have already sent email for refund, but i am sure i will not receive any reply.

For Me too they have provided i9S wire less headset, made in china worth of Rs.500/- instead of Bose head set today. I have also sent a refund request via email. Exploring other options if refund not received.

Same case happened with me as well... these people seems fraud and I think we all should approach consumer court through online complaint. Order number 669 dated 30th September 2019.
