I have ordered a mobile worth 8490/- through Dealbeams on 13/Jan but till now I have not received it. I tried to contact them on their toll free number and chat option, but it is not in work now.
I tried to track order in their web site, but there is no proper update at all.
I have sent an e mail to them, they replied on 18/Jan saying the amount will be refunded in 3 days and today they replied that they need 7 more days to refund money.
Sir please help to get the refund asap, I am really worried. It is my hard earned money and I need that back.
Please help and check on this. I am attaching screen shot of payment Confirmation, order details and web site details
