Dealbeams — realme 2 mobile not received ,

I ordered Realme 2 Mobile on 10th January, to DEALBEAMS, but not received still today already payment done by UPI I called so many times on[protected].
1st time they picked & answered, after 2/3 days you received your phone, means 13/14 of January, after 14th January when ever I called, phone ended, means my phone was cut off, even after 14th January no answer on web site
Website not opened
First 5/6 days I tracked my order then answered - waiting for Dispatch
