Dealclear.com — CCTV TP link Camera

I received a wrong and defective product instead of the Tapo CCTV camera ordered for which I paid ₹3140.

Instead of the original Tapo camera, I received a local Chinese camera which is dead/defective and completely different from the product advertised on the website.

I have tried calling support numbers multiple times, but nobody is picking up the calls or responding properly.

I have already registered a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline and have proof of payment, product photos, and delivery details.
