Order ID: 90626, I bought 17.3 inches Laptop Screenguard, but they sent a piece of paper to me. I called them but no one is answering and they blocked me in WhatsApp, No phone call support and no Email Support. How they are doing easily on small small amounts and they are earning easily... I don't know why Indian market is encouraging these kind of FRAUDS even How bill desk teams are giving support to this fraud website. Kindly take the necessary...

Order id 56585(inr 42134), 7/6/2021, delivered on 9/7/2021 with the damage, but without any packing disturbance, complained within stipulated time, but no response in last more than 2 yrs--very disappointed n discouraged for next item order

Dealclear order#58710. Within minutes of my order, i canceled it. I got a call from dealclear executive, and he confirmed that the order is canceled, and the refund should be initiated in 2 hours - 12 hours. But it has been almost 4 days, but no refund. They have stopped responding to emails. Their helpdesk number always remains busy. So much dissatisfied with this website.

I ordered online a chromecast on dealclear.com they sent me a refurbished miracast device kept in a chromecast box. When i reached out to their support team, they sent me a youtube link to configure miracast device. I followed up with them about why was another device sent to me when i ordered chromecast, they replied that it was a packedbox so they don't know which device was there. But infact they sent miracast device in old and opened box of chromecast.

When i mentioned to them that the box was aleeady open they are not responding to my email and also not processing my refund.

This kind of cheating website should be banned to do online marketing.

I need your help to get my refund.

Hi, have ordered google chromecast with the above order no. But there is an issue with connection setup as product is not working with the password provided, also try with multiple tv and different mobile its not working and its shows connected but when you try to find on any device its not show

Tried contacting their support team but they don’t have any contact number and only suggesting us to send a mail to [protected]@dealclear.com... When sent a mail to the mentioned email gone failed and i don't want to how to contact support team.

I ordered 3 Quantity of Boat Bass 225 headphones but received only one the payment was made for all three products, But it was just one piece, i was not able to find their email and phone working, please help me what to do.

Subject: dealclear.com - order 28828 - faulty google chromecast!

Hi, have ordered google chromecast with the above order no. But there is an issue with connection setup as product is not working with the password provided, it is giving an error as password incorrect. Not able to connect to the tv have tried with 2 different tv’s and mobiles for connecting.

Tried contacting their support team but they don’t have any contact number and only suggesting us to send a mail to [protected]@dealclear.com... When sent a mail to the mentioned email they are giving gyaan and not addressing the issue.

Better be careful guys before ordering as u might also face the same issues.
