[Resolved] Dealkart India — Ms Office 2019: Provided me Volume License instead of Retail one. (Order No. 93390)

I have placed an order for Ms Office professional 2019 Retail License on December 26, 2020. When i Checked their website it looked like a genuine website because they were talking too much about safety and security. I paid them 1318 rupees After placing my order i received a key but when i checked it was not Retail license key. Then i contacted them and these guys were telling me again and again that its genuine key but these people don't know the difference between a Retail key and Volume License key.
I urged them for refund but they told me there is no way you can get refund. I said you guys cheated me this is not the product which i paid for and its written on your product description page that the key is Retail one.

I have not done any background check about the company "dealkart" before i placed the order. I suspect that this company is fraud not an organised one and i got cheated.
First change your product description.
I simply want my refund or give me the retail license .
I have provided all the screenshots from their product description to payments and proof that the key is volume license version.

+91 91881 71213 Dealkart India First of all I am very thankful to this platform who helped me to raise my voice against the fraudster. I appreciate there is such kind of a platform which can make feel uncomfortable to these fraudsters. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience with the Dealkart India website, but better late than never. They approached me almost after five months through WhatsApp. These people told me to remove the complaint and we will provide you the original retail key. After almost debating for an hour whether I should remove first or should they provide me a retail key first, but at the end they sent me the key which I tested and is working fine and is the original Retail key. I hope in the future these people never do this to anyone again and no one should be scammed and no one should face these kind of issues. Now I would like to update my complaint as resolved. Thanks and regards.
