Dealmantra.in — redmi pro 7 mobile order fraud

Dear Sir/Mam
My Husband has placed an order( mi note 7 pro phone) by dealmyntra.in on 09/04/2019 at 2:30PM and he has done payment of Rs.13999/- through link provided by PNB Bank Payment whose UPI R/No[protected] and T/id no -[protected].
No email confirmation/sms and the phone number they have provided does not work also. Several emails sent to their official address is not getting any response.
But still neither payment is received in our account nor product is received.
So, Please you requested to help us for receiving the payment to our account.
