I ordered a heated jacket and battery pack december 8, 2019. Both items went through my account that day. The jacket finally showed up the first week of january and the battery pack has still not showed up. The battery cost $35.10 which like i said went through my account december 8, 2019. I have tried to contact the company and it says the number can not be completed as dialed. I would love to get the battery so the coat could be used for what i bought it for or if not get my money back.
