I am prateek keshari. I got a call on 29-dec-2018 from dealspoint4u (Janvi madam). She said, my number is nominated for that company for promotion and if i purchase any item above 599/- from their site, i will get a assured gift (Laptop, i-phone..). Then i purchase a bedsheet worth 649/-. After that she said, i will get a call from their company. Next day, i got a call (Dealspoint4u). He asked me that i have to pay gst amount (Rs.4737/-) then i paid the same from my debit card through link.

He also said that amount fully refundable and i will get a mail from ecommerce hub and i will get tracking details. But i did not get any tracking id.
After 4 days when i call to customer care number ([protected]) then he said that your gift is cancel because you have to do insurance first. Calling to that companies number. Next day around 2:30 pm i received another call. He asked me that i have to pay an insurance amount 15000/- (For first flight courier). I told her its not possible. She said its mandatory and after payment i will definitely get courier tracking number. Then i refuse to pay. I asked to refund my payment amount, i. E 4787 + 649 = 5386/-. Then they said u will get your refund money before 27 feb 2019. I'll wait for 27 feb 2019 and call on 27 feb than they said amit sir is on leave he come on 3 march i call on 3 mar but he did not receive the call.
Please help me sir.
