Dealzandoffers — Damage power bank/replace order

I have tried contacting to dealzandoffer customer care, I have emailed them and I have received query noted ticket-6533, but still there is no resolution provided, tried call customer care many time sent voicemail but no response. They only send automated mail stating "it will take about 3-6 days for come back" but there is no point of waiting so long and end up with waiting. No use of customer care contact number nor the email address I'm not getting any help neither any response from them even after contacting so many times.

Please look into this issue.
