I have ordered on 19th july. The order reached at july 24 nearly about 11:30 am. The memory card is not working and power bank is damaged and the earphone is not there. And no spinner. All the products are damaged and the rate of the product is much more. I want to change the product and get the money back. I have spend 1049 rupees in ordering the order.

I had order combo 3 cotton shirts. Last month 20/06/17. I received 26/6/17. But the product is not good quality and sent anther product. That date onwords i called customer care excutive. They told after two days it will be cleared. But don't. Clear that problem. And still now i spoken 5 executive they told same answer. But still now solve my problem. Si here after i don't. Wait. They dammmmnnnn ###### fraud... I paid 1200 rupees for their ###### shirts... they are cheaters... don't believe their products.
Don' buy their products... very cheap quality... I can buy those 5 shirts for 250 Rupees... but they charged 1200 for that...
they shown us different products and delivering different products... they are frauds...

Dealzandoffers is selling fake products. My combo pack of samsng 25000 power bank,

I never had such worst experienced with Online shopping.
First time I referred this site for shopping & I had a very bad experienced with material I received.

following faults observed in Combo Offer
1. Power bank received SAMSUNG make instead of VIVO make as written in offer. (Addition to this IT IS NOT WORKING AS WELL.)
2. 8 GB memory card received which is supposed to be 64 GB. (CORRUPTED SD Card)
3. Head Phone Fault : Written Samsung in offer but received very local quality & not sounding well.

Please let me know, how do I return this back. I want my money back.. Please guide

I have tried contacting to dealzandoffer customer care, I have emailed them and I have received query noted ticket-6533, but still there is no resolution provided, tried call customer care many time sent voicemail but no response. They only send automated mail stating "it will take about 3-6 days for come back" but there is no point of waiting so long and end up with waiting. No use of customer care contact number nor the email address I'm not getting any help neither any response from them even after contacting so many times.

Please look into this issue.

Hope at-least this helps me and others.

I have ordered vivo power bank but i got samsung and that also not working. Then i have tried to call customer care to these nos ([protected], [protected]) but they are not attending the call. Past one week before i placed order in dealzandoffers. Its was delivered on 12.6.17 to me. Order consists the power bank, headphone and memory card 128 gb. Power bank delivered to me was not working. We are not able to contact them and our complaint also not able to forward to them. The product service is too poor. We need to replace the power bank or refund money to us.

But earphone was missing, powerbank is only 2500mah without any label and 64gb card brand is sandisk

How to return?

I bought samsung 25000 may battery, samsung 64 gb memory card and ear phones. But all are fake items. All items not working. So i want to return these items and refund my amour rs 1049, /_order no jol342440. And order received from dtdc courier. Courier boy said that i don't know how to return to company, any body if know pls help me how to return and refund my amount. And i want to complain against dealzandoffers.com.

My order no is oid335908, sold by ecommercestore on facebook. The product which i had ordered was vivo powerbank 25000mh with samsung headphone and sd card, 64 gb. I have not received the same item which i had ordered and the quality of product is very poor and also it dosn't work. There no contact to the customer care officer and cannot login the site once we order the product. This whole site and sellers are fraud and fool the customers. Kindly take a strict action against these fraud sellers and return the money of the customers. Thank you.

I have purchased product 25000mah samsung power bank from dealzandoffers.com online shopping website. I have paid for it and taken from courier boy. When i was trying to product, the product is not working, then i tried to call customer care but they are not taking my phone calls and always it shows busy. Whenever i tried it shows busy. I tried and very tired so finally i complaining about product and company.
