Hi,
I ordered sony head phone and samsung 25000mh power bank but received fake product and it is not working. My order no: is #[protected] i couldn't find any contact phone number to speak i have mailed to them they are not giving any responses. The order was amounted to rs.898. I want refund of full amount that i have paid.

This is not acceptable as consumer has to chase vendor like anything. I have sent an email thrice, but no one is bothered to revert.

Hoping for a resolution now.
