Dealzkart — product is duplicate and defective

I have brought combo of samsung power bank and sony headphone but the power bank was not of samsung it is local and it is defective not working and it is broken also and headphones was also not of sony and it is also not working and headphones was broken also the product was of rs. 1000 and i asked the delivery boy to open in front of him but he refused me and after taking money he went away... Please resolve this issue i'm very tensed
