The powerbank provided to me is fake & i have paid 898 for that. My order number is[protected]. I have tried to contact them but from the help line number that i got [protected] i was treated very roughly as if i have done a mistake by complaining them about this product and they refuse to help me. On further enquiry i have tried to find any number from tge website but unable to find out any number where i can contact them. I am feeling very helpless. Please help me to get back my money.
