Dealzpick — Product ordered is not dispatched

Dear Sir/Madam,
Through facebook Ads, I ordered noise watch and earphone through dealzpick which is controlled by shopify. The order screen shot details is attached for reference. But the product I received is a fake watch and ear phones. There is no contact mentioned. But the courier I received as the following number +[protected]. I am trying to reach but mobile switched off. The product cost is Rs. 599. Kindly help me in getting back money and I want to return the consignment
